不同种群小菜蛾乙酰胆碱酯酶性质研究

摘    要:小菜蛾乙酰胆碱酯酶的性质研究表明,小菜蛾各种群成虫与幼虫AChE活性相比,差异极显,成虫是幼虫的5~7倍;武汉种群小菜蛾成虫和幼虫AChE与底物的亲和力最小.小菜蛾谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的性质研究表明,宣化、武汉、云南3个田间种群GST活性较高,明显高于台湾敏感品系;北京种群GST活性较低,与台湾敏感品系近似。

Abstract:The properties of acetylesterase (AChE) in diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella collected from Xuanhua, Hebei province, Wuhan, Hubei province, Kunming, Yunnan province, Beijing city and susceptible strains were studied from 1997 to 1998. There was significant difference in AChE activity between the adults and larvae of DBM, and AChE activity of adults was 5 to 7 times higher than that of larvae. Of all kinds of plutella xylostellas, the affimity of AchE for Wu Han adult and larvae toward ATch was the lowest. The glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity of Xuanhua, Wuhan and Yunnan populations was much higher than that of other susceptible strains.
