| 摘 要： | 大庆作为中国21个服务外包示范城市之一,结合实际,利用资源型城市转型机遇,提升大庆服务外包产业竞争力,对加快大庆服务外包产业的发展具有重要的意义.通过运用竞争力分析的有效工具--"钻石模型"分析,对9个服务外包示范城市竞争力的评价,认识大庆服务外包产业的竞争力情况,提出大庆服务外包产业竞争力提升路径.

| Abstract: | As one of 21 service outsourcing demonstration cities,Daqing enhances the competiveness of its service outsourcing industry by combining the practice and seizing the opportunity of the transition of resource-based cities,which is of great significance in accelerating the development of Daqing’s service outsourcing industry.With the help of Diamond Model,the essay first evaluates the competitiveness of 9 service outsourcing demonstration cities,then studies Daqing’s competitive situation in the industry and finally offers solutions to enhance competitiveness of Daqing’s service outsourcing industry. |
