摘    要:以交联羧甲基淀粉为原料,分别加入不同种类成膜助剂,制成几种不同性质的淀粉基可降解薄膜。微生物降解和土埋试验表明,可通过调节CCMS和PVA的配比控制膜的使用寿命,伴随复合交联剂与PPE用量的增多,微生物的生长及繁殖速率逐渐减慢,薄膜的降解速度有所降低。可通过控制复合交联剂和PPE的用量达到人为控制该膜降解时间的目的。

Abstract:Several kinds of biodegradable thin films with various properties were made by the mixtures of the cross-linking carboxymethyl starch and the kinds of the coalescent agents. The ratios between CCMS and PVA were directly related to the working life through the indexes of micro-biological degradation and soil buried experiment. The growth and propagation rate of the microorganism were decreased slowly with the increase of the composite of the cross-linking agents and PPE dosage,and the degradation rates of the thin film also indicated the similar trend. Therefore,the degradation time could be controlled artificially through controlling the quantity of cross-linking agent and PPE.
