摘    要:在小型稻麦联合收获机的研制和试验基础上,对收割机收获谷物茎杆回弹问题进行定量分析。通过对回弹机理的分析,建立数学模型,并利用计算机模拟试验和田间试验的数据对比作进一步论证。试验证明,谷物回弹是造成拨禾轮拨禾损失的重要因素,为进一步解决茎杆回弹问题,研究了拨禾轮的速比、转速及回弹时间对拨禾轮性能的影响。并以此确定了小型稻麦联合收获机的性能参数与其结构参数的关系。为进一步的稻麦联合收割机结构参数的优化提供了基础。

Abstract:In terms of manufacture and research of the small-scale paddy and wheat combine, straw rebound was discussed quantitatively with test data by establishing mathematical model, employing the computer simulation experiments and contrasting field test data. The experiments proved that straw rebound play an important role in losses of marvest. In order to solve the question of straw rebound, the relationship between rotating speed of reel and straw rebound time, the ratio of combine velocity and rotating speed were analyzed. And the function parameters and the constructional parameters in a combine were made certain simultaneously. The research results provided a basis for optimization of structure parameters of straw combine.
