培训迁移视角下的校企合作模式研究——以黑龙江八一农垦大学校企合作为例

校企合作是高校与企业互利互惠、谋求双赢的重要途径。发展至今,已经衍生出多种形式。纵揽所有的合作,均因双赢机制达成较难,而陷入合作动力不足的困境。以黑龙江八一农垦大学校企合作为例,提出将岗前培训迁移进校园的校企合作模式,以事后反补的方式保障投资主体的利益,最终促成互利双赢的局面,解决动力不足困境。

Study on the Cooperation Pattern of School and Enterprise from View of Training Transfer——Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as a Case

Cooperation of school and enterprise is an important way to win the mutual benefit for school and enterprise. Development up to now, the various forms have been spawned.Throughout cooperation of school and enterprise, win-win is not easy, because they haven＇t enough power to cooperate. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi agricultural university＇s cooperation of school and enterprise as an example, the article put forward a new view that pre post training could be relocated from enterprise to school, and anti-subsidy was a way to protect interests of investment body after the event. The mutual benefit and win-win situation would appear and the mess of motivation lack would be settled at last.
