精密播种机智能监测控制系统的研制

以高性能C8051F020单片机为核心,研制出一种与精密联合耕播机配套使用的智能监控系统。该系统可实现农作物播种的全过程监控,还可设定排种速度,并根据设定值进行播种作业,同时对播种作业参数进行测量。该系统采用了液晶显示模块作为人机界面,可实现米间落粒设定值、实际米间落粒值、播种作业速度、播种作业面积、播种种子数量及播种状况等参数的实时显示,并可在显示屏上绘制出相应的变化曲线,此外该系统还可组网应用,文中给出了系统硬件结构、系统工作原理及软件流程。

Research on Aptitude Watch and Control System for Precision Seeder

An aptitude watch and control system based on high capability C8051F020 MCU and used for matched with precision unite furrow and seed machine has been developed. This system can watch the all process of seeding, set the speed of seeding, carry out seeding according to set parameters, and measure the parameters of seeding. Furthermore, this system not only can show the set parameters of dropped grains per meter, the real number of dropped grain per meter,the speed of seeding, the sown area,the seed quantity and the seeding status on real time by using LCD module as the interface between workingman and system but also can protract the corresponding changing curve on the show screen. On the other hand, the system can be used in building web. This paper gives the hardware configure, working theory and software flow of this system.
