摘    要:圆柱形反应器的H/D(高径比)是影响厌氧发酵效率的一个重要因素,为此研究了在发酵液浓度、接种量一定的情况下,对H/D为2.18、4.66、5.00、6.66四种不同高径比反应器对COD(Chemical oxygen demand)去除率、容积产气率及平均容积产气率的影响。结果表明,H/D为2.18的反应器COD去除率最大,容积产气率、平均容积产气率也最大。

Abstract:The ratio of height to diameter (H/D) of cylindrical reactor is an important factor to improve the efficiency of anaerobic fermentation. In this paper, the effect of four reactors with H/D of 2.18, 4.66, 5.00 and 6.66 on removal of chemical oxygen demand (COD),biogas production rate per volume and the average biogas production rate per volume was studied. It is shown that the reactor with H/D of 2.18 is optimal, with highest removal of COD and average biogas production rate per volume.
