摘    要:以黄绿木霉菌株、黑曲霉及绿色木霉菌株为实验材料,研究三种不同菌株之间相互混合产纤维素酶能力的变化。在150mL三角瓶的装液量为40mL、165—170r/min、28℃条件下,不同混合菌株发酵培养的产酶情况有较大差异,黄绿木霉菌与曲霉菌混合培养4d产CMC—Na酶的能力最强,三种菌株混合后发酵6d产滤纸纤维素酶能力最强,而黄绿木霉菌单独发酵6d产β-葡萄糖苷酶能最强。

Abstract:Taking Trichoderma aureoviride, Aspergillus niger and T. viride as trail materials, the producing cellulose ability was studied by mixed fermentation the three strains separately, the speed control was 165-170 r/min and temperature was 28℃, 40 mL/ 150 mL flask of liquid loading. The producing cellulase ability of the mixture with different strains was different. The results showed that, cultivated the mixture of T. aureoviride and A. niger for 4 days the higher CMC-Na enzyme activity was obtained, cultivated the mixture of these three strains for 6 days, the higher filter paper enzyme activity was obtained, and cultivated T. aureoviride for 6 days, the higher beta-glucosidase enzyme activity was obtained.
