轴流脱粒与分离装置的单因素试验研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的轴流脱粒与分离装置试验台,对凹板栅格尺寸和凹板间隙进行单因素试验研究,得到它们的变化对功耗、断穗率、含杂率、糙米率、茎秆破碎程度、未脱损失率、夹带损失率、总损失率等性能指标的影响规律,对于指导生产具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the axial flow threshing and separating unit test-bed which is designed by ourself, the experiment of single- parameter about the concave grate and the concave clearance had been done,We gain the relation between parameters and performance indexes of power consumption,broken ears rate,trash rate,cane broken degree,threshing losses.separation losses.total losses etc, which has important meaning to guide producing.
