摘    要:利用自行设计的杆齿—栅格凹板组成的脱粒分离装置,在实验室内对水稻进行单因素脱粒试验,分析出滚筒转速和喂入量的变化对夹带损失、总损失、未脱损失、糙米率以及功率消耗的影响规律,该种装置具有滚筒转速对脱粒损失的影响比较明显,喂入量对茎秆破碎程度和功耗的影响较大的特点。

Abstract:In this paper,we used a self-designed pole teeth-grid intaglio of threshing and separating devices,conducted singlefactor threshing rice test in the laboratory and analyzed the feeding roller speed and the changes in the amount of entrainment losses,total losses,are not off the impact of loss,brown rice rate and power consumption of the law.The kind of device has the characteristics:the threshing drum speed's impact on threshing loss is obvious and the feeding amount's impact on TDP is big.
