狭卵链格孢菌株AAEC05-3产Tenuazonic acid条件的优化

摘    要:利用单因素试验和正交设计试验,对微生物除草剂狭卵链格孢菌株AAEC05-3产Tenuazonic acid(TeA)发酵条件进行了研究。研究结果表明,乙酸钠和发酵初始pH值对菌株产TeA影响最大。最佳发酵培养基为:麸皮15g·L^-1、玉米粉15g·L^-1、豆粕15g·L^-1、尿素2g·L^-1、乙酸钠2g·L^-1、氯化钾0.5g·L^-1、磷酸氢二钾2g·L^-1、硫酸镁0.5g·L^-1、硫酸亚铁0.01g·L^-1。最适宜的产tenuazonic acid的发酵工艺条件是初始pH为6,温度为28℃,发酵周期为7d,摇床转速为120r·min^-1。

Abstract:The fermentation conditions for producing tenuazonic acid (TEA) by Alternaria augustiovoidea AAEC05-3 were investigated through single factor and orthogonal design test. The results showed that the main factors affecting TeA production we're sodium acetate and initial pH among the orthogonal factors.The optimal fermentation media composition for producing TeA were brans 15 g·L^-1, corn meal 15g·L^-1,bean pulp 15 g·L^-1, urea 2 g·L^-1,CH3COONa 2 g·L^-1, KCI 0.5g·L^-1, K2HPO4 2g·L^-1, MgSO4·TH2O 0.5g·L^-1,FeSO4·7H2O 0.01g·L^-1. The optimum process conditions were a initial pH value of 6, a temperature of 28℃, fermentation time of 7 days, rotation speed of 120 r·min^-1.
