苜蓿薄层干燥试验研究

摘    要:利用薄层干燥试验台,对苜蓿进行薄层干燥试验,以探讨热风温度、干燥时间、风速等对干燥速率的影响,结果表明热风温度、干燥时间对于燥速率影响较大,风速影响较小,并建立苜蓿薄层干燥的数学模型。

Abstract:Thin-layer drying experiment of alfalfa was done using thin-layer drying experiment table to discuss effect on drying rate by hot air temperature. Drying time and thermal airflow velocity. Result showed that hot air temperature and drying time had bigger effect than hot air velocity on drying rate. And then mathematic model was presented.
