| 摘 要： | 在总结三十多年国内外学者在亚麻花药培养研究领域所取得的研究成果的基础上,从以下几个方面进行了综述与讨论:(1)亚麻花药培养基的筛选及研制;(2)影响亚麻花药培养因素的研究;(3)单倍体植株的鉴定;(4)单倍体品系(种)的选育及花药培养在育种中的应用。

| Abstract: | Based on the advances that many experts had studied in flax anther culture field for thirty years in country and abroad, some aspects were summarized and discussed as followed:(1) Selection and manufacture of anther medium of flax;(2)Effect factors of anther culture;(3)Haploid plant appraisal;(4)Haploid variety breeding and application in anther culture breeding. |
