玉米苗期耐盐性的遗传分析

摘    要:利用8份苗期耐盐性差异较大的玉米自交系按照Griffing 4设计组配28份玉米杂交种,在苗期对其进行耐盐性测定和遗传分析。结果表明,苗干重和苗期株高的耐盐指数在各基因型间存在显著差异,特殊配合力差异均达到极显著水平,而一般配合力差异未达显著水平,显性方差均大于加性方差。苗干重和株高2个性状的耐盐指数的广义遗传力分别为68.47%和48.54%,狭义遗传力分别为0.0%和12.55%。

Abstract:The 8 inbred lines of maize which salt tolerance were different at seedling stage were designed with Griffing 4, the salt tolerance and heredity analysis of maize at seedling stage were studied. The result showed that the coefficient of salt tolerance of dry weight and plant height were different among the genotypes,the SCA were extremely remarkable while the GCA weren't remarkable, the dominate variance were bigger than the additive variance. The broad heritability of the coefficient of salt tolerance of 2 characters including dry weight and plant height were 68.47% and 48.54%, the narrow hcritability were 0.0% and 12.55%.
