摘    要:在经济、文化、政治等环境影响下形成的劳动关系有着自己鲜明的特色。它已经成为企业获得长期竞争优势的主要源泉。在以人为本的科学管理理念的支撑下,建立和谐的劳动关系将成为企业竞先追求的瑰宝。长期以来,黑龙江地区相对落后的发展状况,一直使当地劳动关系更多沿袭计划经济下的劳动关系色彩,与京津地区的劳动关系特征有较大差异。而且,这种差异完全可以通过两地劳动者在某些重要问题上的认知映射出来,既而为调整劳动关系加以利用。

Abstract:Laber relations have own distinct characteristics which form under the influence of the economic, cultural and political environment and so on. It already became the main fountainhead that enterprises obtain the long-term competitive advantage. To follow people-oriented scientific management ideas,The establishment of harmonious labor relations will be pursued by enterprises. For a long time,Heilongjiang area's development condition is backwardness relatively, local labor relations didn't break away traditional color under planned economy. The more differences exist Comparing with the Beijing and Tianjin area's labor relations. and, The differences can be adopted by the workers's Cognition in certain important question who come from Beijing and Tianjin area and Heilongjiang area, and,be used to adjust labor relations.
