摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法于490nm波长测定长白橡木根、茎、叶中所含多糖的含量。结果其回归方程为:A=0.0062C—0.0118,r=0.9992;平均加样回收率为99.19%(RSD=1.72%),测定三年生植株含糖量9.09%。表明该方法简便、准确,可用于长白槐木的质量控制。

Abstract:To establish a method for the determination of the polysaecharide in Roots, Stalks and Leaves of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa. The content of polysaccharidc was determined by spectrophotometric at 490hm wavelength.Results indicated the curve was A=0.0062C-0.0118, r=0.9992, the average recovery was 99.19% and RSD was 1.72% (n=5).The content of polysaccharide in three-year-old plants was 9.09%. This method was easy and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Aralia continentulis Kitagwa.
