| 摘 要： | 为确定大庆市市售蔬菜硝酸盐含量及污染状况,实验在2008~2009年对大庆市萨尔图区、让胡路区、龙凤区、红岗区及林甸县、安达市市售蔬菜中硝酸盐含量进行了测定,并按食品卫生标准对蔬菜硝酸盐污染状况进行了评价。结果表明,大庆地区市售蔬菜硝酸盐含量普遍较高,各地区不同种类蔬菜硝酸盐含量均达到极显著差异水平,其中叶菜类蔬菜硝酸...

| Abstract: | The contents of nitrate in vegetables in the five distracts of Daqing(Saertu,Ranghulu,Longfeng,Honggang,and Lindian),have been detected during 2008-2009 and the vegetable contamination have been evaluated based on the detected result.Results were shown that the nitrate contents of vegetables sold in Daqing area generally high and it reached 1% significant level for the content of nitrite with different kinds of vegetable in different region.The highest nitrate content was in leafy vegetables in all,the high... |
