摘    要:试验通过向茎诱导培养基和茎伸长培养基中添加不同浓度的头孢青霉素(Cef)和羧苄青霉素(Cb)来研究二者对大豆子叶节茎再生潜在的影响。一定浓度的Cef或Cb对大豆子叶节部位茎的再生有促进或抑制作用。不同基因型大豆的最适Cef或Cb添加浓度不同。培养基中添加100 mg.L-1 Cef或120 mg.L-1 Cb能显著提高...
