蔬菜中有机磷类农药残留的快速检测

通过研究蔬菜中常用的5种有机磷农药对植物酯酶的抑制作用,以2,6—二氯乙酰靛酚为显色剂,确立了蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的快速检测方法。实验结果表明:该方法能快速检测氧化乐果、甲基对硫磷、甲拌磷、甲胺磷、久效磷等5种有机磷农药在蔬菜中的残留,最低检测限范围为0.002～0.05μg·mL-1。

Rapid Detection of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Vegetables

With the 2,6-dichloro-acetyl hydrolysis of indophenol as chromogenic agent,established the rapid detection method of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables,through studies 5 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide which was commonly used in vegetables to inhibited effect of plant esterase.The results show that：the method can rapidly detected pesticide residue of organic phosphorus pesticide in vegetables,eg.omethoate、methyl parathion、phorate、methamidophos、monocroto-phos etc.The lowest detected limit scopes were 0.002~0.05 μg.mL^-1.
