蔬菜中有机磷类农药残留的快速检测

摘    要:通过研究蔬菜中常用的5种有机磷农药对植物酯酶的抑制作用,以2,6—二氯乙酰靛酚为显色剂,确立了蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的快速检测方法。实验结果表明:该方法能快速检测氧化乐果、甲基对硫磷、甲拌磷、甲胺磷、久效磷等5种有机磷农药在蔬菜中的残留,最低检测限范围为0.002~0.05μg·mL-1。

Abstract:With the 2,6-dichloro-acetyl hydrolysis of indophenol as chromogenic agent,established the rapid detection method of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables,through studies 5 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide which was commonly used in vegetables to inhibited effect of plant esterase.The results show that:the method can rapidly detected pesticide residue of organic phosphorus pesticide in vegetables,eg.omethoate、methyl parathion、phorate、methamidophos、monocroto-phos etc.The lowest detected limit scopes were 0.002~0.05 μg.mL^-1.
