H5亚型禽流感疫苗免疫效果研究

对大庆地区H5亚型禽流感油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫的两个蛋鸡场进行抗体消长情况的调查,了解生产实践中禽流感疫苗免疫工作方面存在的问题。应用血凝抑制(HI)试验跟踪检测免疫后鸡群的抗体水平。初次免疫后15d抗体达到保护临界值,28d抗体水平达到峰值,再次免疫后,抗体水平在一周上升到最高峰,二免有效期可达180d。两个鸡场的免疫效果比较理想,但存在着初免时间不确定和两次免疫间隔时间较长等问题。

Study on Immune Effect of H5 Subtype Avian Influenza Vaccine

The status of antibody growth and decline in two laying hens field immunized with the avian influenza H5 subtype oil inactivated vaccine in Daqing region were investigated, to get the message of the problems at the work of immune avian influenza vaccine in practice. AI-HI antibody were tested by HI test. After the first immune 15 d, the antibody level reached to defend critical value, reached to peak value at 28 d. After the second immune, the antibody level reached peak level in one week, the second effective immune periods within 180days. The two laying hens field had good immune effect, but still had the problems of uncertain fist immune time and long time between the two immunes.
