摘    要:为探讨和解决齿轮传动系统,特别是高速、重载齿轮系统啮合传动过程中,在单、双齿对交替啮合的极短时间内,轮齿受载发生突变,形成轮齿激振和轮齿的啮合刚度变化导致产生振动和噪声问题,本文从瞬时重合度入手,介绍了一种提高直齿圆柱齿轮传动平稳性的方法。

Abstract:A new gearing theory that has constant instantaneous contact ratio is discussed in order to reduce or avoid the vibration and noise caused by the exchanging of single contact and double contact of meshing teeth, and inherently leads meshing stiffness fluctuation which is a major source of vibration excitation in gear chain, especially in high speed and high power density transmissions. Constant instantaneous contact ratio gearing theory and geometry structures for spur gear and straight bevel gear are studied. The conditions for fitting the theory and kinematic parametric presentations, as well as the formula of contact ratio of stepped gear transmission, have been derived.
