摘    要:对玉米耐盐系和盐敏感系在不同浓度盐胁迫下苗期的株高、鲜重、干重、含水量的变化进行比较和研究,结果表明,随着盐胁迫强度增加,两种类型自交系株高、鲜重、干重、含水量呈逐渐下降趋势,且耐盐系黑玉米的各项指标的减小幅度均小于盐敏感系黄早四.

Abstract:A study of the salt tolerant inbred line and the salt sensitive inbred line under different concentrations of NaCl stress in seedling stage showed that the height of seedlings,fresh weight,dry weight and water content of the two inbred lines were all decreased with increasing concentrations of NaCl.The decrease rate of these indices for the salt tolerant inbred line were all less than those for the salt sensitive inbred line.
