加强质检中心管理,提升服务能力和水平

目前中国农业质检机构面临着仪器设备配备不足、人员素质亟待提高、管理水平有待提升等问题,这与农产品质量安全监管工作的深入开展的需求不相符合。以中国热带农业科学院分析测试中心为例,提出以下措施;改善仪器设备条件、引进高水平紧缺型人才、强化检测人员素质以及定期开展质量体系审核和管理评审等措施,以提升检测服务的能力和水平。
