| 摘 要： | 农科院所提升科技服务能力是科学技术转化为生产力的重要环节,针对当前农科院所科技服务中存在的问题,提出了建立健全组织领导机构,建设专家库,成立专职服务机构;完善科技服务激励机制;加强与地方和企业、专业合作社等的合作;多种模式并举;利用信息网络,营造学科技、用科技的氛围;建立试验示范基地等举措提高科技服务能力。
