糖脂类表面活性剂产生菌株的筛选

摘    要:在海南不同地点共采集15批样品,经富集培养、血平板和蓝色凝胶平板分离,得到200株菌株,经排油圈直径法复筛,其中有6株表面活性较高。以表面活性较高的菌株S211进行摇瓶发酵,对发酵液粗提物进行定性分析、薄层层析(TLC)和红外光谱分析(IR)。结果表明,菌株S211产糖脂类生物表面活性剂,且具有良好的乳化活性。

Abstract:In Hainan 15 oil-contaminated soil and water samples were collected from different locations and then enrichment cultured, and 200 strains isolated on blood agar and blue agar by hemolytic activity assay. Six strains had higher surface activity in fermentation broth. The strain S211 had a higher surface activity than any other strains. TLC and IR analysis showed that biosurfactant produced by S211 belonged to glycolipids and had good emulsifying activity.
