基于高光谱的橡胶单叶叶绿素含量研究

摘    要:采用高光谱分析和线性回归技术分析了3个橡胶树品种单叶片的室内光谱反射数据和叶绿素含量,确定了橡胶单叶高光谱特征参数(三边面积、反射率和一阶微分值)与3个品种综合的不同物候期和物候期综合下的叶绿素含量的敏感波段。结果表明:三边面积均与叶绿素含量的相关达到1%的极显著检验水平;基于反射率和一阶微分值的变量与叶绿素主要呈负相关,敏感波段主要在蓝边范围;利用一阶微分值构建的线性回归模型对叶绿素含量估算较好。
