不同基因型小麦籽粒蛋白质和淀粉积累与碳氮转运的关系

摘    要:研究了黑麦76、徐州26、所麦10号和扬麦9号4个不同基因型小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)籽粒蛋白质和淀粉积累特征及叶茎鞘中碳、氮物质积累和运转的差异。结果表明:蛋白质含量不仅与后期回升时间有关,还和回升速度有关;淀粉含量主要和前期的快速积累有关。籽粒蛋白质产量与含量没有相关关系,而与营养器官氮素转运量关系密切;籽粒淀粉产量由低到高为黑麦76、徐州26、扬麦10号、扬麦9号,并随淀粉含量升高而上升,不同基因型小麦茎鞘碳、氮积累和运转有明显差异:黑麦76和扬麦10号碳、氮在灌浆后期向籽粒中的转运量少,而徐州26和扬麦9号转运量多。营养器官可淀性糖与氮素转运量的比值与籽粒蛋白质含量呈负相关,与淀粉含量呈正相关,因此,营养器官碳、氮积累与分配的差异可能是小麦籽粒蛋白质和淀粉含量差异的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Four wheat genotypes differing in grain protein content,Heimai 76,Xuzhou 26,Yangmai 10 and Yangmai 9,were used in the experiment to study the accumulation pattern of grain protein and starch,carbon and nitrogen accumulation and remobilization in vegetative organs.Protein content correlated both to the timing and rate of protein content re increasing,and starch to quick accumulation at the first stage of grain filling.Grain protein content was not related to grain protein yield,but related to N remobilization quantity.Heimai 76 and Yangmai 10 had lower protein yield and N remobilization quantity than that of Xuzhou 26 and Yangmai 9.Grain starch content was positively related with grain starch yield,with the declining order of starch yield as Yangmai 9,Yangmai 10,Xuzhou 26,Heimai 76.The accumulation and remobilization of carbon and nitrogen in vegetative organs of different genotypes showed different patterns during the course of grain filling.Heimai 76 and Yangmai 10 transferred less carbon and nitrogen reserves from vegetative parts to grain than Xuzhou 26 and Yangmai 9 did.The ratio of transferred soluble sugar and nitrogen in vegetative organs was negatively correlated to grain protein content,and positively to grain starch content.Therefor,the different accumulation and remobilization pattern of carbon and nitrogen in vegetative organs may be one of the major reasons for different grain protein and starch contents.
