盐胁迫下两种外源酚酸对黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗体内某些酶活性的效应

摘    要:采用种子萌发试验和水培试验,比较研究了对羟基苯甲酸,水杨酸对盐胁迫下黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗体内酶活性的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下,适当浓度的两种酚酸均能提高黄瓜种子萌发的发芽率,发芽指数,活力指数以及多酚氧化酶(PPOD)活性,对羟基苯甲酸促进种子萌发的效果比水杨酸好。两种酚酸均能提高盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD),多酚氧化酶(PPOD)的活性,但水杨酸处理比对羟基苯甲酸处理效果好。

Abstract:The seed germination experiments and water culture were conducted to study the effects of p hydroxybenzoic acid and salicylic acid on the cucumber seed germination and the enzyme activities in its seedling under salt stress.The results indicated that p hydroxybenzoic acid and salicylic acid could increase the germination percentage,germination index,vigor index and the activities of PPOD in cucumber embryo root and embryo bud.The effect of p hydroxybenzoic acid on seed germination was better than that of salicylic acid.Activities of membrane profective enzymes in seedling such as SOD,POD and PPOD were promoted.Emzyme activities under the treatment of p hydroxybenzoic acid were lower than that under salicylic acid.Therefore the injuries caused by salt stress to cucumber seed germination and seedling grouth were mitigated and the salt tolerance of cucumber was raised by exogenous p hydroxybenzoic acid and salicylic acid.
