| Abstract: | Optimum culture medium and hormone conditions were studied on 4 varieties ofstrawberry.Adventitious buds could be induced from anther culture direetly,but most of theplantlets were regenerated From callus by one-step culture.Among those plantlets,5.7% werehaploids,and 94% of plantlets with 56 chromosomes were identified to be free of strawberrymottle virus(SMOV),strawberry veinbanding virus(SVBV),strawberry mild yellow adge vi-rus(SMYEV) and strawberry crinkle virus(SCrV). |
