摘    要:采用PCR-SSCP(PCR-单链构型多态性)作为遗传标记,对二花脸猪促卵泡素受体(FSHR)基因座位与产活仔数性状的关系进行了研究,结果表明,PCR-SSCP分型共产生2种等位基因,3种基因型,对不同标记基因型的二花脸猪群头胎产活仔数、头三胎产活仔数之和,及最高产活仔数进行单因子方差分析,发现该标记座位与最高产活仔数显相关,其贡献率达10.9%。基因效应分析表明,等位基因B的加性效应值为0.37头,等位基因A的加性效应值为-0.60头。

Abstract:The relationship between FSHR locus and litter size in Erhualian pigs was studied by means of PCR?SSCP.Two alleles and three genotypes were found in Erhualian pigs.Variance analysis of litter size at the first parity,the sum of the first three parities and the largest parity was done between various genotypes of Erhualian pigs.The result indicated that there was significant correlation between the PCR?SSCP marker and the largest parity.The additive effect of allele B and A were 0 37 piglet and -0 60 piglet,respectively.
