| 摘 要： | 笔者综述了分子植物病理学科组对水稻白叶枯病菌致病基因的研究结果和进展，介绍了病菌致病基因研究中分子遗传学分析方法，报道了病菌毒性基因、无毒基因和受寄主诱导基因的特征和功能，阐述了致病基因对致病性、致病生化因子可能的调控关系，讨论了该领域的研究现状和前景。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews some current results and progress in pathogenicity genes of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae,introduces some molecular genetic approach and strategies for analysis of pathogenicity genes fo Xoo, and describes some characteristics and functions of virulence genes,avirulence genes and host induced genes.It also elucidates the regulatory relation of pathogenicity genes to phenotype of pathogenicity and pathogenical biochemical factors and discusses the research status and perspective of this field. |
