摘    要:采用水生植物、人工填料和固定化氮循环细菌技术(INCB),在秋冬季节对新沂河进行原位污染治理和生态修复实验。结果表明,在温度降低前,水生植物-微生物技术净化污染水体效果很好,对化学需氧量(CODMn)、总氮(TN)、铵态氮(NH^+4-N)和总磷(TP)的去除率最高可以分别达到50.2%、29.8%、49.3%和57.9%。在低温季节,其净化效果剧烈下降,对CODMn、TN、NH^+4-N和TP的去除率最低分别只有7.4%、0.6%、1.5%和4.2%。在低温条件下,与水生植物-微生物技术相比,INCB-微生物技术可以更有效稳定地净化受污染的水体,对CODMn、TN、NH4-N和TP的去除率平均分别为31.9%、21.3%、23.3%和21.3%。将水生植物-微生物与INCB-微生物技术相结合应用,可在一定程度上解决秋冬季节污染河流修复效果不理想的问题。

Abstract:A technique consisting of aquatic plants,artificial fillers and immobilized nitrogen cycling bacteria(INCB)was adopted in situ purifying contaminated Xinyi River in fall and winter seasons.The results showed that before temperature decreased,aquatic plant-microorganism performed so well on purifying contaminated water that the best removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD_Mn),total nitrogen(TN),NH~ _4-N and total phosphorus(TP)were estimated to be 50.2%,29.8%,49.3% and 57.9%,respectively.In low temperature season,however,the effectiveness decreased so dramatically that the least removal rates of COD_Mn,TN,NH~ _4-N and TP were only 7.4%,0.6%,1.5% and 4.2%,respectively.In the conditions of lower temperature,compared with aquatic plant-microorganism,purifying contaminated water with INCB-microorganism is more stable and effective.The average removal rates of COD_Mn,TN,NH~ _4-N and TP were 31.9%,21.3%,23.3% and 21.3%,respectively.Therefore,combining plant-microorganism with INCB-microorganism techniques,the effectiveness of remediation of contaminated river in fall and winter seasons was improved to some extent.
