枸杞染色体核型的研究

摘    要:枸杞为我国重要的中药资源植物。本文首次报道了枸杞的核型研究,根据LeVan等~2]分类标准,其核型公式为K(2n)=2x=24=24m。按郭幸荣等~4]以染色体相对长度系数分为2n=24=2L+8M_2十14M_1。枸杞核型为“对称核型”,在演化上处于原始的类群。

Abstract:Lycium chinense Mill.(Solanaceae) is an important medicinal plant in Chins.The karyotype is reported here for the first time. The somatic chromosome in root-tip cell of the plant is found to be 2 n=24. Measuremeats in microns of the chromosome are given in Table 1.The photomierograghs of the chromosome complement and the idiogram of the karyotpe are given in Fig.1 and Fig.2 respectively. According to the terminology defined by Levan et al,the karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x=24=24m. The chromosome complement based on relative length is 2n=24=2L+8M_2+14M_1 in the light of the method used by Kuo et al. This karyotype is quite symmetrical, and generally speaking, should be considered as a rather primitive one.
