中药成分与新城疫病毒感作后对病毒感染活性的影响

摘    要:将5种浓度的当归多糖、黄芪多糖、板蓝根多糖、淫羊藿多糖、蜂胶多糖、淫羊藿黄酮、蜂胶黄酮、黄芪皂苷和人参皂苷分别与新城疫病毒La Sota株混合感作144 h和272 h后,加到已培养36 h的鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)中,继续培养72h,采用中性红染料吸收法测定CEF增殖变化,判定中药成分对病毒感染活性的影响。结果表明,所有中药成分几乎所有浓度均影响或显抑制病毒的感染活性,且与感作时间有一定的相关性。

Abstract:Nine kinds of Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients(CHMIs),Chinese angelica polysaccharide(CAPS),astragalus polysaccharide(APS),isatis root polysaccharide(IRPS),epimedium polysaccharide(EPS),propolis polysaccharide(PPS),epimedium flavone(EF),propolis flavone(PF),astragalosides(AS)and ginsenosides(GS),at five concentrations were respectively mixed with Newcastle disease virus(La Sota strain)solution for 144 and 272 hours,then added onto chick embryo fibroblast(CEF)cultured 36 hours.At 72 hours after NDV inoculation,CEF proliferation was tested by neutral red assay to evaluate effects of CHMIs on viral infectivity to CEF.The results showed that all of the CHMIs at almost all concentrations affected or significantly inhibited the viral infectivity,which bore some relationship with mixed time.
