释放胡瓜钝绥螨的柑桔生防园与化防园节肢动物群落结构及其动态研究

摘    要:研究了释放胡瓜钝绥螨(Amblyseius cucumeris (Oudemans))的柑桔生防园与化防园的物种组成和多样性变化。生防园共采集到节肢动物84种,主要以天敌和中性节肢动物为主;化防园32种,主要以害虫为主。生防园害虫优势种主要为桔皱叶刺瘿螨(Phyllocoptruta oleivora (Ashmead))和黑刺粉虱(Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaintance);天敌优势种主要为纽氏钝绥螨(A.newsami (Evans));中性节肢动物优势种主要为几种跗线螨。化防园害虫优势种为黑刺粉虱、桔皱叶刺瘿螨、糠片蚧(Parlatoria pergandii (Comstock))和柑桔全爪螨(Panonychus citri (McGregor));天敌没有明显优势种;中性节肢动物优势种开始为跗线螨,随后不明显。化防园优势集中性高于生防园。生防园节肢动物群落多样性指数和均匀度指数在后期均高于化防园,说明生防园释放胡瓜钝绥螨后,保护和恢复了生防园的生物多样性。

Abstract:The species composition and diversity of arthropod community in the bio-control orchard released by Amblyseius cucumeris(Oudemans)and the chemical control orchard were studied in citrus ecosystem.Eighty-four species of arthropods were collected in the bio-control orchard,and the natural enemy and neutral arthropod were the dominant ones.Thirty-two species were collected in the chemical control orchard,and the pests were dominant.Phyllocoptruta oleivora(Ashmead)and Aleurocanthus spiniferus Quaintance were dominant species of pest,A.newsami(Evans)was dominant species of natural enemy,and Tarsonemidae mite was dominant species of neutral arthropod in the bio-control orchard.A.spiniferus Quaintance,P.oleivora(Ashmead),Parlatoria pergandii(Comstock)and Panonychus citri(McGregor)were dominant species of pest,and there was not dominant species of natural enemy and neutral arthropod in the chemical control orchard.The dominant concentration in the chemical control orchard was higher than that in the bio-control orchard.The population diversity indices and the evenness indices in the bio-control orchard were higher than that in the chemical control orchard.So the population diversity in the bio-control orchard was protected through releasing A.cucumeris(Oudemans).
