| Abstract: | Jujube witches broom is the most distructive disease of jujube in China. Since 1970's, plant pathologists have recognized that witches broom of jujube is caused by mycoplasma-like organism. Studies of jujube witches broom have advanced in various fields. (1)Development of disease symptoms, (2)Patho-physiological basis of symptoms, (3)Insect vectors of jujube witches broom, (4)Movement rule of pathogen (MLO) in the phloem sive tubes of jujube and (5) Detection ofmonoclone antibody on jujube witches broom. |
