摘    要:利用SRAP技术对36份茄子栽培品种进行了分子鉴定。结果表明:选用25对引物组合对其基因组DNA进行PCR扩增,共获得566条扩增带,其中多态性谱带102条,平均每个引物组合扩增出4.08条多态性条带;品种间‘望哈茄’与‘本溪早紫茄’遗传相似系数最大,为0.986,‘辐射1号’与‘沪紫长茄’间遗传相似系数为0.581。同时使用8对引物组合构建了36个品种的指纹图谱,其中引物FC8ME10可以把‘闽长茄’与其他茄子品种完全区分开。引物SA1OD3可以把‘敦和茄’和‘苏大青茄’同其他茄子品种区分开来。表明:SRAP标记技术能较好地从分子水平揭示出茄子品种的遗传多样性,并能有效应用于茄子品种指纹图谱构建。
