农民经济行为探析

我国农业部门中计划经济、自给经济、市场调节并存的格局,是目前农村经济结构中最为引人注目的特征,这三种经济形式受不同的经济运行规律支配。多年来,它们受经济变革的影响,在数量配比方面发生过大起大落的变化,这种变化对农民经济行为和农村经济发展都产生重大影响。本文通过对目前农村经济结构中农民经济行为基本模式的考察,对其目标函数和行为方式的运行特征及其形成过程进行具体分析,为现阶段农民经济行为合理化的调整和政策选择问题提出建议。

A RESEARCH ON PEASANTS' ECONOMIC ACTION

The framework of our agricultural department in which the planned economy,self-suf-ficient economy and market adjustment co-exist is one of the most attractive features in thepresent rural economic structure.Being subject to their own economic rules respectively,thesethree coexisting economic forms have been affected progressively by our present economic re-form,which resulted in a great fluctuation with a steep rising followed by a sudden droppingin the composition ratio in quantity.Such a fluctuation,in turn,affected greatly both thepeasants' economic action and the development of the rural economy.Through the observation of the basic patterns of peasants'present economic action andthe concrete analysis of the task function of the peasants' economic action and its processingcharacteristics,we make some suggestions on the reasonable adjustment of the peasantst' eco-nomic action at present stage as well as on the selection of proper economic policies.
