小麦芽鞘切段伸长的适宜条件和对赤霉病菌粗毒素的反应

摘    要:小麦离体芽鞘切段在稀10倍的柠檬酸-Na2HPO4缓冲液中的伸长量显著大于原液中的。1.0-1.5cm芽鞘近基部4mm的切段在单位时间内的伸长量显著大于2.1-2.5cm芽鞘顶端3mm下的4mm切段,芽鞘越长,芽鞘发段伸长越慢。质量浓≥5g/L的蔗糖对连籽粒芽鞘的伸长和根的生长有抑制作用,而对离体芽鞘伸长有显著的促进作用;20-40g/L蔗糖对芽鞘伸长的促进效果无显著差异。

Abstract:The coleoptile growth in vitro was significantly faster in 1/10 buffer solution of citric acid disodium phosphate than that in the original. The basal 4 mm fragment of 1.0 1.5 cm long coleoptile elongated faster than the 4 mm fragment below apical 3 mm length of 2.1 2.5 cm long coleoptile. The longer the coleoptile grew, the slower the coleoptile fragment elongated. Sucrose (5 g/L) inhibited the growth of the coleoptile and radicle in vivo , however it promoted the elongation of coleoptile fragments in vitro . The sucrose concentration ranging from 20 g/L to 40 g/L showed no significantly different effect on the coleoptile growth in vitro . The growth inhibition rate of wheat susceptive cv. Aiganzao coleoptile fragment in vivo and in vitro was significantly more than that of resistant cv. Wangshuibai.
