小麦抗赤霉病基因库中农艺性状表型选择对群体改良的效应

摘    要:用小麦抗赤霉病基因库原始群体中不育株和可育株的农艺性状进行两轮表型选择.结果表明两轮选择显著地降低改良群体的株高,而单株穗数和产量略有增加。相关农艺性状呈程度不等的正向或负向相关变异。对不育株的两轮选择降低了株高、穗长的遗传方差,而增大和维持了单株穗数、粒数和产量的遗传方差。对可育株的两轮选择降低了群体所有性状的遗传方差。

Abstract:Two cycles of phenotypic selection for male-sterile plants and fertile plants were evaluated tomeasure the direct responses for traits under selection and indirect responses for correlated traits,respectively.The results showed that the plant height was significantly decreased while yield/plant andspike/plant were slightly increased over two cycles of selection for sterile plants.Positive or negative indirecteffects were observed for correlated traits.The genetic variances of plant height and spike length were de-creased and those of grains/plant,spike/plant and yield/plant were increased over two cycles of selectionfor sterile plants.The genetic variances of all traits measured were decreased over two cycles of selection forfertile plants.
