大白菜抽薹性状的遗传规律研究

摘    要:对大白菜(Brasicacampestrisesubsp.pekinesis)抽薹性状的研究结果表明,大白菜抽薹期是受核基因控制的数量性状,与细胞质遗传无关;该性状符合加性—显性遗传模型,其中加性基因效应比显性基因效应更为重要,显性效应表现为部分显性;控制该性状的隐性基因比显性基因要多,早抽薹对晚抽薹为显性。

Abstract:Genetic effects on bolting date were studied in a diallel crossing involving six varieties of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris subsp. pekinesis ).The results indicated that:bolting date is a quantitative character which follows the additive dominant genetic model.Additive is the major effect,dominant is partial dominant,early bolting date shows dominant to later bolting time,and more recessive genes can postpone the bolting time.
