摘    要:Cry毒素毒杀昆虫中肠细胞的机制有两种假说。传统假说认为Cry毒素插入细胞膜后形成孔洞,改变中肠细胞渗透压而杀死细胞。最近提出了另一种假说,认为Cry毒素与膜上受体钙黏蛋白结合后,激活G蛋白和腺苷酸环化酶而合成环腺苷酸,高浓度环腺苷酸顺次激活蛋白激酶A,促进胞内钙黏蛋白外移至细胞膜,从而招募和结合更多的毒素单体,正反馈放大细胞死亡信号途径,导致细胞死亡。

Abstract:Two models have been proposed to describe the mode of action of Cry toxins. It has traditionally been believed that Cry toxins form ionic pores following insertion into the membrane,cause the osmotic lysis of midgut epithelial cells and induce cell death.
