常温贮藏对苹果生理及品质变化的影响

摘    要:研究了常温贮藏苹果的6种处理①0.05mm聚乙烯薄膜袋=保鲜剂KMnO4;(②)0.025mm聚乙烯薄膜袋+保鲜剂KMno4,;③0.05mm聚乙烯薄膜袋;④0.025mm聚乙烯薄膜⑤0.025mm聚乙烯袋+KMnO54,密封贮藏的苹果其硬度,固形物,总糖,总酸,VC含量等都优于其它处理,且腐烂率低,其1-所基环丙烷-1-羧酸含量,乙烯释放量,呼吸强度,乙烯合成酶活性等生理指标都最低。

Abstract:The changes of quality and physiology of apple fruit stored at room temperature were studied. The results showed that the fruit firmness, soluble solids, Vc, total sugar and total acid of the treatment 2 (0.025 mm polythene bag+KMnO 4) were the best, and rotting rate, ethylene content, 1 aminocy clopropane 1 carboxylic acid (ACC) content, activity of ethylene forming enzyme (EFE) and respiratory intensity were the lowest in all treatments. The appearance of the respiratory peaks, EFE activity, ethylene production, ACC content of the treatment 1, 2, 3 and 4 (treatment 1, 0.05 mm polythene bag+KMnO 4; treatment 2, 0.025 mm polythene bag+KMnO 4; treatment 3, 0.05 mm polythene bag; treatment 4, 0.025 mm polythene bag) were ten days later than that of treatment 5 and 6 (treatment 5, covered with sand; treatment 6, CK.
