摘    要:以粳稻品种武育粳3号以及具有高产潜力的9516为材料,研究了不同产量潜力的两个水稻品种剑叶的光合特性差异。结果表明,在剑叶一生中,两者的净光合速率、叶绿素含量、RuBPCase总活性和初始活性、光合全链(z链)电子传递活性的变化趋势一致。9516的衰退速度慢于武育粳3号,且具有较长的光合速率高值持续期、叶绿素含量相对稳定期和较高的叶源量,其绝对值分别较武育粳3号高2.5d,4.5d和12.36%。

Abstract:Differences of flag leaf photosynthetic characteristics between two rice varieties with different yield potentials were studied.Wuyujing 3 was released on a large scale in Nanjing area and 9516 was a variety with high yield potential.Results showed that in flag leaf life span the changes of net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content,RuBPCase total and initial activity,and whole chain electron transport activity of 9516 were similar to those of Wuyujing 3,but the decrease rates for those of 9516 were slower than those of Wuyujing 3,and active photosynthesis duration(APD),relative steady phase of chlorophyll content(RSP),and leaf source capacity(LSC)of 9516 were 2 5 days,4 5 days,and 12 36% more than those of Wuyujing 3,respectively.During photosynthetic function declination,flag leaf of 9516 had better balance between photosynthetic electron transport and carbon dioxide assimilation,this might be one of the important reasons for its continuously active phototsynthesis.
