夏季叶面喷施L-谷氨酸和鼠李糖对红叶桃叶片色素变化及相关生理特性的影响

摘    要:以1年生红叶桃嫁接苗为试材,研究了夏季叶面喷施不同浓度L-谷氨酸(500、800和1 000 mg.L-1)和鼠李糖(50、80和100 mg.L-1)对红叶桃叶片色素、可溶性糖和可溶性淀粉含量及花色素苷合成关键酶的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施L-谷氨酸溶液和鼠李糖溶液后,红叶桃叶片内可溶性糖和淀粉含量增加,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性增强,显著促进了红叶桃花色素苷(Ant)积累,提高了花色素苷与叶绿素比值(Ant/Chl),增加了观赏效果。其中1 000 mg.L-1L-谷氨酸处理后30 d可溶性糖及淀粉含量比对照分别增加了12.85%和7.17%,PAL和POD活性比对照增加了14.72%和11.28%,Ant含量和Ant/Chl比值较稳定,对于促进红叶桃叶片着色效果最佳。

Abstract:The effects of foliar spraying of different concentrations of L-glutamic acid(L-Glu)(500,800,1 000 mg·L-1)and rhamnose solution(50,80,100 mg·L-1)on some physiological parameters were analyzed systematically using one-year-old plants as materials.The parameters include leaf pigment content,soluble sugar and starch content,the activities of key enzymes of anthocyanin(Ant)synthesis.The results showed that the foliar spray of both L-Glu and rhamnose solution could significantly promote accumulation of anthocyanin,improve the ratio of anthocyanin and chlorophyll(Ant/Chl),and increase ornamental value.Meanwhile,soluble sugar and starch content,activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL)and peroxidase(POD)increased.It was proved that 30 d after foliage spraying of 1 000 mg·L-1 L-Glu solution,the contents of soluble sugar and starch increased by 12.85% and 7.17% respectively when compared with the control,PAL and POD activities increased by 14.72% and 11.28%,and the content of Ant and Ant/Chl ratio kept preferably.Therefore,foliage spraying of 1 000 mg·L-1 L-Glu solution had more remarkable effects than other treatments on improving leaf coloration-emerging in red-leaf peach.
