摘    要:以4个不同抗性的高代自交系品种003-R-5、Y3-R-2、109-S-8、003-S-13为试材,研究了不结球白菜对芜菁花叶病毒的抗性与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性变化的关系,并通过苗期接种观测不同时期叶片中4种酶的活性,结合病情指数作简单线性回归分析.结果表明,抗病品种健康植株的SOD活性低于感病品种,CAT、PAL、PPO活性则高于感病品种.接种病毒后各品种的4种防御酶活性较对照明显升高,抗病品种对病毒表现出较高的敏感性,酶活性明显高于感病品种.相关性分析表明,抗病性与接种病毒后酶活性变化幅度关系密切,4种防御酶均与抗病性呈正相关,其相关系数分别为0.776 0、0.959 1、0.977 4、0.999 1,其中PPO活性与抗病性达到极显著水平,接种后第8天PAL活性与抗病性呈显著正相关(r=0.937 5).
