摘    要:谷物冷却是改善粮食储藏环境、延缓粮食陈化比较有效的一种技术手段,是华南地区实现绿色储藏的最重要途径之一,目前已在各直属库得到广泛应用.如何正确有效地使用该技术,充分发挥技术特点,使之更好的为保粮服务至关重要.本文即是从浅圆仓谷冷作业实际出发,认真严谨地总结多次谷冷作业的方案和实际效果,为纠正和改进谷冷作业方法,科学使用谷冷机奠定基础.

Abstract:Grain cooling is an available technique to improve storage conditions and delay grain ageing during storage. It is one of the most important way to realize green storage in South China and has been widely used in storage.Then, how to correctly make use of this technique, giving full play of its advantage to benefit grain storage is very important in this field. In this paper, the author introduced some practical experiences on the use of grain cooling machine to adjust and improve grain cooling skills scientfically.
