| 摘 要： | 28℃下利用三角瓶熏蒸法测试了甲酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯分别与辣根素原油以1∶9、2∶8、3∶7、4∶6、5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2、9∶1体积比的配方对赤拟谷盗成虫的联合毒力作用。结果显示,在大多数配比中,甲酸乙酯和乙酸乙酯均对辣根素原油均具有不同的显著增效作用。最佳配比均为6∶4,共毒系数分别为165.63和176.86。在两种药剂与辣根素混配比例为8∶2和9∶1时,均表现出拮抗作用,其中辣根素与甲酸乙酯的混配共毒系数分别为62.56、57.47,辣根素与乙酸乙酯混配的共毒系数分别为40.32、43.06。

| Abstract: | The joint toxicity of allyl isothiocyanate（AITC） with ethyl formate and ethyl acetate（v/v1∶9,2∶8,3∶7,6∶4,5∶5,4∶6,3∶7,2∶8,1∶9,respectively） for control of Tribolium ferrugineum Fabricius was tested in the laboratory by the method of triangle bottle obturation fumigant at 28℃.The results showed that the combined application of AITC with ethyl formate and ethyl acetate had significant synergism when the volume ratio were 4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,in which the volume 4∶6 of AITC and ethyl formate or ethyl acetate were best significantly synergistic and co-toxicity coefficients（CTC） were maximal（165.63 and 176.86,respectively）.Both mixture expressed antagonism when the ratios of AITC with ethyl formate and ethyl acetate were 1∶9 and 2∶8,the CTC of mixture of AITC with ethyl formate were 57.47,62.56 respectively;the CTC of mixture of AITC with ethyl acetate were 43.06,40.32 respectively. |
