| 摘 要： | 针对目前千吨囤出粮安全风险高的现状,开展了千吨囤中心出粮技术改造研究和中心出粮设备研究.从两个示范点的实仓试验效果可以看出,该项目充分保证了千吨囤出粮的均衡性,能够使大部分粮食通过中心机械化出粮,提高了千吨囤出粮的安全性,降低了出粮安全风险和劳动强度.

| Abstract: | In view of the current situation of high safety risk of production in thousand-ton grain hoarding, the project team has carried out research on the technical transformation of thousand-ton grain hoarding center and the equipment for production. This paper discusses the research content, technical scheme and the actual warehouse test of the project. Through the results of the field test at two demonstration sites, it can be seen that the project fully guarantees the balance of production in grain hoarding with thousand-ton, enables most of the grain to be mechanized out through the center, improves the safety of grain hoarding with thousand-ton, and reduces the labor intensity of grain output. |
