智能化控制储粮机械通风降温试验

摘    要:通过智能化控制储粮机械通风降温与常规储粮机械通风降温的对比试验,证明储粮机械通风智能化控制系统能快速检测粮堆内外温度、湿度等通风参数变化,准确判断通风条件,捕捉最佳储粮机械通风降温时机,避免低效通风、无效通风和有害通风。在亚热带地区使用该系统进行储粮通风降温可降低电耗71.5%,同时又能降低因常规通风而造成的储粮水分损耗,还能大大减轻保管员劳动强度,改善粮库工作环境。

Abstract:To lower temperature,intelligent control mechanical ventilation and conventional mechanical ventilation were compared.The results showed that the intelligent control system can determin the changes of ventilation parameter quickly,such as temperature and humidity and so on.So it can judge the optimum ventilation conditions to ventilate.In subtropical zone,using this system to lower temperature can save power consumption 71.5% ,and it can reduce the consumption of grain moisture,the labour intensity were also been reduced.
